Pre-Order Policy

Your card will be charged when you order. But you can cancel anytime before your order ships for a full refund. Personalized pre-orders can be cancelled as long as our artist has not started painting it!

Don't worry! U.S. orders will be delivered before Christmas. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery times for international orders. 

Pre-ordered belts will start shipping in late November. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as it does. 

Shipping Policies

* Please note that due to Covid-19, shipping times may take longer, especially for international orders.

We know that fast shipping is huge (we too are spoiled by Amazon Prime). We pride ourselves on getting your order to you as fast as possible because we know that trips do not wait. 

All domestic orders ship by USPS First Class Package from the San Francisco Bay Area. Domestic orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. International orders can take 7-21 days (customs and big oceans and such).

Door-to-door tracking is always included.

U.S. shipping is $4.50 for single belt orders, and free for purchases of two or more belts. International shipping rates depend on the destination. Enter your address at checkout for the exact rate. 

It will take our artist about 14 days to paint your belt. She works as fast as she can!

We can get Luggage Belts to you (almost) anywhere. Unfortunately, we do not cover any taxes/customs duties that may apply.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a no-risk 30 day guarantee. If you don't love it, simply ship it back to us and we will give you a full refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalized orders (but your monogram is perfect for you).

For U.S. orders, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.

Oops! If we made a mistake with your order, just let us know at We will get you the right belt asap.

Just let us know at and we can (un)happify take care of that as long as your order has not been processed.
