We know that fast shipping is huge (we too are spoiled by Amazon Prime). We pride ourselves on getting your order to you as fast as possible because we know that trips do not wait.
All domestic orders ship by USPS First Class Package from the San Francisco Bay Area. Domestic orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. International orders can take 7-21 days (customs and big oceans and such).
Door-to-door tracking is always included.
U.S. shipping is $6.00 for single belt orders, and free for purchases of two or more belts. International shipping rates depend on the destination. Enter your address at checkout for the exact rate.
Personalized orders take around 3-4 weeks to ship. Our artists are working as fast as they can!
We can get Luggage Belts to you (almost) anywhere. Unfortunately, we do not cover any taxes/customs duties that may apply.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a no-risk 30 day guarantee. If you don't love it, simply ship it back to us and we will give you a full refund, minus the shipping fees.
For convenience, we offer pre-paid return labels to U.S. residents for $5.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalized orders (but your monogram is perfect for you).
