Sure, monogramming is available from the 1st through the 7th of each month. During this time, you will see a "Personalize It+" link above the Add-to-Cart Page.

Our artists spend the rest of the month preparing each monogram and making sure that it is perfect!

If you spot a pattern you like but don’t see it listed on our website, it was likely a limited-edition seasonal print that is now sold out. But don’t worry- every season we launch new limited-edition patterns, so we know you’ll find another one you’ll love just as much!

Our Travel Belts were designed to be used on standard handle suitcases, so unfortunately, they aren’t suitable for wide handle or single handle bags. 

We make two different sized Travel Belts to fit all of your bags! The full size is adjustable to 45 inches and weighs 7.8 oz (about the same as an iPhone), and the mini size is adjustable to 38 inches and weighs only 3.8 oz. If you prefer to travel extra light, the mini will be perfect, but if you’re an over packer (confession: we are too!), then the full size will be best.

Customized and hand-painted orders require 2-4 weeks to be completed by our artists. You can out to our team if you need more details on monogramming or view our personalization page. Please note that we cannot add a monogram to a previous order.

To keep your monogram in prime condition, we suggest storing it in one of our Stowaway Pockets when not in use. 

No, our Travel Belts are not designed to be used around checked luggage. 

We are located in Oakland, California, where we design and personalize our products. Orders ship from Utah and personalized orders ship from California.

ORDER SUPPORT

Any amendments or cancellations to orders must be made before an order ships, so notify us at help@cinchatravel.com with your
order number and the details of your request as quickly as possible if any
changes are required. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot make any changes to your shipment.

Your payment is authorized and processed upon the completion of your order, including customized and pre-ordered merchandise.

We all love a deal! If you forgot to add a discount code to your order, don’t worry! Contact us at help@cinchatravel.com with your order number and code, and we can apply it for you! Only one promo
can be applied per order.

Please note that monogramming and shipping costs are excluded from any discount codes.

Pre-order items are those that have not yet arrived in our warehouse but can be purchased and reserved in advance so you don’t miss out! If you change your mind you can cancel your pending pre-order at any time for a full refund. The estimated ship window will be noted on the product page and on your order confirmation. Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, we’ll send you your shipping confirmation and tracking number.

If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order items are received.

We’re so sorry that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to help@cinchatravel.com and we would be happy to help you with a resolution.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee so if you don't love your order, contact help@cinchatravel.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. Customized orders are final sale.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Domestic return labels are subject to a $5 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. You can also purchase your own return label. The remaining refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges are free of charge.

We do not provide return labels for
international orders, but they can be sent back using the courier of your
choice. We strongly advise keeping a record of your return tracking number to make sure it gets back to us.

Once we have received and inspected your returned package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

U.S. shipping is $6, and we offer free
domestic shipping on orders over $70 USD. International shipping rates depend on the destination. Enter your address at checkout for the exact rate. Unfortunately, we do not cover any taxes/duties that may apply to international orders.

Once an order is placed, please allow 2 business days, excluding holidays, for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an update email with your tracking number so you can track the progress of your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking link to begin showing results. All orders, including
express shipments, placed on Fridays or weekends will be shipped the following Monday. 

Customized orders require 2-4 weeks to be completed by our artist before they ship.

If there you notice an error with your
tracking link, let us know, and we can provide an update for you.

US Orders: US orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.

International Orders: Most international orders are shipped via DHL E-Commerce. Please allow 12-18 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped. Final mile delivery will be completed by your local postal service, not by DHL. Your local tracking number will be displayed on the "Details" tab of your DHL E Commerce tracking link.

Express orders are shipped via UPS and arrive 1-2 business days after your order departs our fulfillment center. Kindly note that business days do not include any Saturday, any Sunday, or any day which is a legal holiday.

 Express shipping does not speed up
monogramming.
