What qualifies as a bulk order?
Bulk orders are purchases that consist of 10 or more Travel Belts of the same color.
How do I get a quote?
For information about our bulk pricing, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Let us know:
- Which color(s) you are interested in
- The quantity
- The specific reason for the bulk order (huge family? swag?)
- The address you would like the order shipped to
- When you need the order by
- Whether you would like monogramming and, if so the monograms for each Travel belt.
Once we get your email, we will let you know whether we can fill the order.
How do I place an order?
We will send you an invoice after we confirm that we can fill the order. You can review your invoice and confirm your order before paying.
After you pay the invoice you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Do you offer customizations besides monograms?
Sure. Let us know what you are thinking about and we can talk about it.
Can I return all or part of my bulk order?
Sorry. We cannot accept returns of bulk orders.
Shipping / Delivery
What shipping options do you offer for bulk orders and how long do they take to arrive?
We are flexible. We ship bulk orders with either UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping. Unfortunately, we do not cover bulk shipping costs.
Can we use our own FedEx/UPS account for bulk orders?
Sure. Just let us know what you would like to do.
Do you offer wholesale accounts?
Yes! Tell us about you and we will be happy to explore and discuss a partnership.
Do you offer discounts?
Yep. We offer discounts on qualifying bulk orders. The discount depends on the size of the order and any monograming/personalizations. We can confirm the price once we know what you are looking for.
What forms of payment do you accept on bulk orders?
We accept payment by check or by credit card for a small processing fee.
